DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Dialysis programs at Samaritan Dialysis Services offer Nephrology Services to the patients in the Mid-Willamette Valley Hospitals. We specialize in both Acute Kidney Injury and Chronic Kidney Disease. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Current unencumbered Oregon RN licensure required. Healthcare Provider BLS required.
