Typical shifts include: Day Shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (may start as early as 6:30 AM for complex case setup) Mid Shift: 11:00 AM-7:30 PM or 1:00 PM-9:30 PM Evening/Late Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM On Call & Weekend Requirements: Weekend and on call rotation is required and determined after orientation based on specialty assignment: Neuro: Week long call rotation, including weekends (Friday-Monday) General Surgery: 2-3 weeknight call shifts per month plus 24 hour weekend call Orthopedics: 2-3 weeknights per month and 12 hr weekend call every 4th weekend Qualifications: Previous OR experience preferred, though new graduate and experienced RNs are invited to apply.
