Outpatient adults.  RESPONSIBILITIES: *Physical Therapist will provide diagnostic, consultative and treatment services.Prefer Pelvic Health Certification. *Prefer 2 years experience. *Schedule :  full time preferred Monday-Friday.  No Weekends.2 locations.
