Responsibilities: RESPONSIBLE FOR: Performs both cardiac and vascular ultrasound testing to include 2D echo/Doppler, dobutamine stress,exercise stress, and multiple vascular procedures including carotids, arterials, venous duplex, aorta, and renal artery duplex, as well as other related duties assigned by manager, supervisor or lead sonographer. Qualified individual is able to provide cardiac and vascular ultrasound to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population and provide all necessary documentation and preliminary interpretation of results. Responsibilities: RESPONSIBLE FOR: Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices. Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment. Demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Communicates effectively with staff and radiologists.
