The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: transporting and repositioning of patients and equipment, meeting each patient’s care needs, assisting with preparation of 2nd floor, and properly cleaning of any area of the facility according to policy and procedures. The 2nd floor CNA demonstrates clinical competence and knowledge of principles and practices of aseptic technique, handling of specimens and biohazard material, and universal precautions.
