Position Title: Pharmacy Benefits Navigator - II Department: NIC Retail Pharmacy Job Description: Gen eral Description : Under the general direction of the clinical pharmacist and AVP of Clinical Pharmacy, the pharmacy benefits navigator is responsible for overcoming all barriers to drug access for OU Health patients including: prior authorization, copay assistance, facilitation of delivery. A pharmacy benefits navigator is typically an experienced retail pharmacy technician who understands the need for a highly personalized service.
