Interact with internal and external staff to promote the hospital’s mission and vision
Service:
Assist Pharmacist in filling medication orders according to policy and procedures
Deliver medications
Responsible for admixing IV medications including chemotherapy and TPN’s(IV Lab positions)
Perform required record keeping
Quality:
Responsible for dispensing medication in an accurate and efficient manner
Perform monthly review of inventory for out of date medications
Compliance with all 797 guideline (for IV Lab positions)
Financial:
Responsible for monitory medication inventory levels
Responsible for notifying appropriate personnel of supply needs
Responsible for daily restocking of medications
