Location: Medford, Wisconsin Setting: Critical Access Hospital Inpatient and Outpatient Coverage: Call Only Start: October 2026 Duration: Ongoing Coverage Needs General Surgery Call Without Scheduled Clinic Hours We are seeking a General Surgeon for locum tenens call coverage at an 18-bed critical access hospital in Wisconsin. This is a call-only assignment with no regularly scheduled clinic hours. The surgeon will respond when needed, round on assigned patients, complete admissions, and provide adult general surgery services. The facility offers 24-hour CRNA coverage, laboratory services, and imaging support. Temporary privileges are available.
