Job Summary The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide a wide range of social work services to patients across various care settings within the Mohawk Valley Health System. The LCSW will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and effective patient care. May diagnose and provide counseling for mental health conditions independently. The LCSW and may work in hospital inpatient or outpatient settings.
