Job Description Summary Meduflex is MUSC Charleston’s inpatient Float Pool, supporting a wide range of patient care units across the downtown campus. Spanning 10 specialized zones and serving both Adult and Pediatric populations, the team offers Registered Nurses (RNs) flexible scheduling and additional float differential pay. This particular role is within the Adult Critical Care Zone, where you'll provide care across several high-acuity units—including the Surgical Trauma Burn ICU, Cardiac ICUs, and both Medical and Surgical ICUs—with occasional floating to Intermediate Care units in the Main Hospital and Ashley River Tower, based on staffing needs.
