Job Description Summary The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) works under the guidance of the Clinic Office Coordinator to support daily clinical and administrative operations. This role includes rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting in the electronic health record, and assisting providers with patient care as needed. The CMA also supports clerical functions such as patient communications, scheduling, maintaining accurate records, coordinating referrals, completing prior authorizations, and performing other duties as assigned to ensure efficient clinic operations and continuity of care.
