Job Description Summary The Operating Room Nurse Manager is responsible for managing the daily activities of the Operating Room and Endoscopy departments. Collaborates with the Peri-anesthesia Manager and Surgical Services Director for any needs for improvement of schedule flow, patient experience and CTM engagement. Ensures all CTMs have up to date competencies. Ensures maintenance of regulatory compliance, and that all CTMs have the supplies and equipment they need to carry out their assigned tasks. The manager needs to maintain a cohesive work environment for physicians and care team members across the different disciplines.
