About this Job: General Summary of Position Assesses plans implements and evaluates the quality of care to patients during episodic and chronic visits. Assists physicians(s) in all diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and provides education counseling and support to patients and their families. All associates are accountable for their role in meeting patient experience standards. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assesses the educational needs of patients related to their condition.
