About this Job: General Summary of Position Provides both primary and relief nutrition management services on all assigned units including the ICU. Participates interdisciplinary patient care rounds performance improvement initiatives clinical pathway development and committees. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Provides nutrition management services to include patient screening nutrition assessment and nutrition care-planning. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's requirements relative to his or her age-specific needs.
