About this Job: General Summary of Position The Wound Care Manager is responsible for leading clinical training education and support for both newly hired and experienced clinicians with a focus on wound ostomy and incontinence care across the entire organization. This role involves providing clinical support training guidance to field staff and ensuring high-quality decision-making and care delivery. The Wound Care Manager may perform patient care and case management duties as needed in the field collaborating closely with the Professional Development Specialists and Clinical Operations Managers. Additional responsibilities include supporting strategic goals ensuring quality care overseeing clinical workflows coordinating staff facilitating case conferences and leading the development and oversight of a wound care program to promote best practices and optimal outcomes for patients.
