About this Job: Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) IV Therapy plays a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality intravenous treatments to patients in an outpatient or ambulatory setting. Serving as both a clinical expert and patient advocate, this role ensures the accurate administration of IV medications, fluids, and infusions while closely monitoring patient responses. The IV Therapy RN conducts patient assessments, provides education on treatment plans and post-therapy care, and collaborates with providers and clinical teams to ensure seamless coordination of services. By promoting patient safety, enhancing the patient experience, and supporting adherence to established protocols, the IV Therapy RN contributes to positive clinical outcomes and the overall quality of care.
