About this Job: Unit Highlights The nurses in the Maternal Newborn Center care for our moms and babies throughout the labor and delivery process and during their postpartum stay. We have a level 2 special care nursery where we provide care to our smallest patients. We recently obtained our Baby Friendly Designation. We use the Spinning Babies method as well as Bundle Birth and are below the national standard in primary cesarean sections.  This is a small unit with 5 labor beds, 2 triage rooms, 1 PACU, and 2 ORs along with the 10 Postpartum beds.
