POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager-Patient Care Services has oversight of the Operating Room at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, including the main/general operating room (GOR), cardiac (COR), orthopedic OR ( RIAO OR), and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The OR Nurse Manager has 3 assistant nurse manager direct reports, and up to 120 FTEs across Perioperative Services. The OR Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring that safe, age-appropriate patient care is provided during hours of unit operation. Functions as role model, advisor, resource, and leader for other members of the patient care team.
