The Laboratory Quality & Safety Program Coordinator reports to the Division Laboratory Director. Under the general supervision, the Quality and Safety Program Coordinator assists in the development of a culture of safety within the department. Using direct rounding in laboratories and tracking data/trends, the Quality and Safety Program Coordinator assists in developing recommendations to improve both employee and patient safety.
