Job Details JeffExpress Urgent Care is seeking experienced, board-certified or board-eligible physicians (MD or DO) to serve as Physician Leads within our expanding urgent care system. Each Physician Lead is assigned to a defined node of multiple urgent care centers and is responsible for both direct patient care and clinical leadership across the region. This is not a Medical Director role, but a hands-on leadership position focused on onboarding, education, quality assurance, and advanced practice clinician (APC) support. Responsibilities: The Virtual Primary Care Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) provides comprehensive primary care to new and established patients for Jefferson Health via telehealth platform. This service will expand Jefferson Health primary care services to new and existing markets. S/he collaborates with, and is an integral member of, a multidisciplinary health care team. Patients may utilize Virtual Primary Care for continued primary care services or as a transition point when waiting for a new or established appointment in their preferred Jefferson primary care location ( Supplemental Access ).
