Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA. Active Indiana Physical Therapist license required to start the position. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required. Experience in outpatient orthopedic care preferred. Experience or interest in pelvic health services preferred. Availability to work the posted schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; Wednesday and Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Position is part-time. Off Mondays and weekends.
