In the HRIS Administrator role, you will play a key role in the organization as a hands-on, client-facing technical role combining deep UKG product expertise for WFM and PRO custom development, integration architecture, and consultative solution design. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer and works collaboratively with Finance, Payroll and the Office of Talent Management (OTM) while supporting organization wide leader and staff end-users.
Location: Anacortes, WA Schedule: Full Time / Days Salary Range: $38.55 – $46.86 per hour

What you will be doing:
Lead full-lifecycle UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
Design and code custom business rules, workflows, calculated fields, pay policies, and accrual rules using UKG Pro Configuration and Dimensions WFC scripting.
Build and support integrations via:
