Apply Description Rehab - Works independently to provide occupational therapy evaluations and therapy services to patients as ordered by a physician, consistent with agency policies and procedures, standards of practice, and regulations as directed by the Rehab Director of Iredell Memorial Hospital. Develops and administers occupational therapy treatment programs to facilitate rehabilitation of physically disabled patients and to maximize function and independence.
