Summary Coordinates all unit functioning including patient care, staffing, policies and standards, and budgeting. Acts as a liaison between unit personnel, medical staff, and hospital administration. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in the management of the unit. Has 24-hour accountability for designated unit(s). Accepts responsibility for maintaining and following approved facility policies and procedures.   Education and Formal Training: Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program. Summary Physician Services RN Practice Support Manager Provides professional nursing care for practice patients following established standards and practices, while working in a managerial role to support multiple practice locations. Education and Formal Training: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.  Valid NC Registered Nurse license and CPR certification. Work Experience: One year of professional nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
