Hopedale Medical Complex is seeking a Fitness Instructor to support our rural wellness center and healthcare campus. In this role, you will design and lead safe, engaging individual and group fitness programs for patients, residents, and community members across all ages and abilities. Responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, developing personalized exercise plans, monitoring progress, and educating participants on safe movement, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyles. You'll collaborate with therapy, nursing, and medical staff to support rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a supportive, community-focused setting.
