Health Connect America is seeking a Fully Licensed Therapist to provide behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. In this role, you will conduct clinical assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy in homes, offices, and community settings. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, partner with community agencies, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
