Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse at our Green Bay Shipping Container Division to lead our onsite occupational health and wellness programs. This role delivers direct nursing care , manages employee health programs, supports emergency response readiness, and partners closely across the organization to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace . Responsibilities Lead onsite occupational health services, providing nursing assessments, treatment, triage, referrals, and follow‑up for both work‑related and non‑work‑related injuries and illnesses. Manage workers’ compensation cases, including work‑relatedness determination, coordination with carriers and providers, and support throughout treatment and recovery. Oversee return‑to‑work processes, including fit‑for‑duty evaluations, safe job placement recommendations, and follow‑up to ensure successful reintegration and reduced injury risk.
