Location: New York City Department: New York Operations Reports To: Senior Superintendent and/or Project Manager (project-based) Position Overview A well-established construction firm is seeking a Superintendent to manage field operations on healthcare construction projects in New York City. This role requires strong trade knowledge, the ability to independently manage specialty partners, and a thorough understanding of NYC safety and regulatory requirements.
