A leading, CARF-accredited rehabilitation program is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physiatrist to join its inpatient rehabilitation faculty. This full-time, employed position is based within a hospital-based Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) located inside a full-service trauma center and offers the opportunity to care for a diverse, medically complex patient population. Position Highlights Attending physician on a dedicated inpatient rehab unit 43-bed CARF-accredited IRF Broad inpatient case mix: neurologic, orthopedic, post-surgical, medically complex 1-in-12 call rotation (residents take in-house call) Academic faculty role with resident teaching Research and scholarly activity opportunities Guaranteed base salary $215–245K plus wRVU incentive Comprehensive benefits package PSLF eligible Qualifications MD or DO BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Eligible for Maryland medical licensure
