Start as soon as credentialed- ongoing need Shift times: 7:00am - 3:00pm (M-F) 11 providers, 3:00pm - 5:00pm (M-F) 4 providers, 5:00pm - 7:00pm (M-F) 2 (3 on Tuesdays) providers Inpatient: 1604 Outpatient: 4191 Need CRNAs who are comfortable with PEDS, trauma, and flexible to work on Fridays and Mondays No call coverage needed Must be willing to work 18, 10, 12 hour shifts Types of cases: Bariatric, Gen Surg, Neuro, Gen Ortho, Spine, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Endo, Peds 10 ORs Epic EMR Certifications: BC required

Willing to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month each month inpatient, and outpatient Types of surgery - General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center Need someone that is able to work in the Main OR's, most of the time at Memorial.
