Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Call: Weekdays: 3:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. Weekends: Friday 7:00 a.m. to Monday 7:00 a.m. Specific coverage dates: 10/19/26-10/23/26: No weekday call (MD) 11/5/26-11/13/26: Weekend call 11/6-11/8 & weekday call 11/10, 11/12 (MD) 12/21/26-12/30/26: Holiday call 12/24-12/27 (urgent; no FT provider available) (MD) Duration: 6 months; ongoing as needed Practice setting: Inpatient; rural, critical access hospital Scope: OB, epidurals, general anesthesia, scheduling surgeries; may involve CRNA supervision; other duties as assigned Patient volume: 10-15 Charting: Epic (experience required) Requirements: Board Certified (will consider Board Eligible) in Anesthesiology, NY license, BLS, ACLS, PALS

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00a-4:00p Commitment: 6+ month assignment; full-time preferred, part-time considered Setting: Hospital-based general cardiology practice Call: No evening call and no weekend call Patient Volume: Established cardiology service with ongoing patient demand Required Skills: General cardiology evaluation, follow-up care, chronic disease management, and inpatient/outpatient cardiovascular support Board Status: NP or PA certification required Licensure: New York license required Support: Collaborative cardiology team with long-term coverage need while recruiting a permanent provider
