Dates:1 week every 2 months-ongoing long-term need of 6+ months Schedule: Monday- Friday 8a-430p No Call/ No Weekends Certifications: BC 80-100 reads/ day, Mammo-7, CT-13, MRI-4, NM-1.5 Radiographs- 50 day + 6/day in clinic Ultrasound-6 Procedures 1-2 Total -roughly 68/day EMR EPIC Certifications: BC 30-90 day Hospital privs

Date: July through the end of the year. Two weeks per month Schedule: M- F 8a-5p PF, US, CT, Mammo, MRI, 70 reeds per day Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient EMR: Epic Requirements: DEA, MN License, BC/BE
