Locum FNP need in Kodiak, AK (and surrounding islands) Top Hourly Rate + Night Call + Travel Expenses IHS Facility Family Practice/Urgent Care Background Need Credentialing: 2-3 weeks Start: 6/24/25 Dates Needing Coverage: Akhiok: 6/24 - 7/8 8/19 - 9/9 Larsen Bay: 7/7 - 8/19 9/29 - 12/31 Will take 2 different providers for these dates Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30 PM. Call every night for emergencies, including on Saturday and Sunday. Lunch is 12-1 Patient Volume: 1 -2 patients/day in Akhiok site; maybe 3-4 in others or maybe as high as 6.
