2 APP needs for Family Medicine/Urgent Care in Modesto, CA $Top Hourly + Travel Expenses Facility: FQHC Credentialing: 2-3 weeks Start: 11/24 or 12/1 LOA: 3 month contract with option to extend Work Schedule: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM with a 1 hour lunch May be able to accommodate 4x10 Admin time is built into this schedule Patient Volume: Approximately 24 patients/day; 29 are scheduled but there is a 20% no show rate.
