This position will perform the routine business office and clerical duties necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the Rehabilitation Department.  Will assist with the admission and discharge of patients, classify medical records of patients, perform a variety of typing, clerical and phone duties in connection with patients’ insurance and may receive and record payments made by patients as well as compiling statistics. Will need to utilize various software applications and computer systems, manage the phone, as well as maintain and oversee department inventory. Will also maintain the general order and cleanliness of the department.
