 Registered Nurse (RN), Cardiac Cath Lab  Job Type: Full-time| 4 10hr shifts, on call, weekends and holidays Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus   Department/Unit Summary Cardiac catheterization /EP lab is a very busy place. We provide cardiac catheterization with stents and shockwave, CSI, Rota bladder, Laser, Impalla and balloon pump procedures, TEE, ablations and Cardioversions. We have same day discharge procedures that the patients will recover for 4 hours and if they meet discharge criteria, may go home. Our schedule is published one month at a time. Staff for the cardiac catheterization lab work 4 - (10-hour) shifts, on call time daily, for weekends or holidays also. On call is 2-3 days per week and every 3rd weekend, this may vary depending on vacations, etc. Conemaugh Hospital has chest pain accreditation status; therefore, we have STEMI call 24/7, 7 days per week. The unit provides comprehensive mental health care to individuals between the ages of 18-59. Individuals over the age of 59 are evaluated for admission on an individual basis. Patients admitted to the unit have a primary DSM 5 diagnosis/es. However, patients may also have additional diagnoses, including, but not limited to Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, medical comorbidities, etc. Patients must be medically stable as a criteria for admission. Safety practices include 15-minute safety checks, staff monitoring of all community areas and staff presence during meals and visiting hours.
