Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), NICU Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant (PA), you will help newborns and their families receive exceptional, expert care in a critical time so they can get the best start possible and thrive. Every day you will assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill neonatal patients in a NICU setting. You will be expected to work closely with neonatologists and other care teams, develop and put into action care plans, perform advanced medical procedures, lead neonatal resuscitation efforts, stabilize infants, and make sure care aligns with our mission and values.
