Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, day shift No weekends or holidays required PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Oncology Nurse Navigator provides individual assistance to oncology patient populations and their families and caregivers to help overcome healthcare system barriers. While using the nursing process, the oncology nurse navigator provides education and resources to facilitate and coordinate care of identified patients with cancer and collaborates with the team of health care professionals to ensure timely, high-quality care across the cancer continuum.
