Registered Nurse – VAD Coordinator Full Time, 80 hours/pay On-call requirement Newark, DE The RN VAD Coordinator serves as the clinical and equipment expert for patients with Left Ventricular Assist Devices (LVADs), responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient-centered care and equipment management. This role serves as the primary liaison between patients, providers, the community, and the hospital throughout the duration of mechanical circulatory support. The LVAD Coordinator functions as a clinical expert, educator, patient advocate, subject matter expert for regulatory compliance, and collaborator in program development and quality improvement initiatives. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays required. On-call requirement one week a month.
