Collaborate with the staff and other members of the health care team to provide quality resident care. To perform all activities and procedures in accordance with approved P&P. Supervises and delegates appropriate duties to ancillary personnel. Assists with administering specialized therapy while maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment which will be conducive to the best interests and welfare of the residents; other duties as assigned.
