Overview The Pharmacy Tech in Training Program is designed to provide a full-time, paid training opportunity to learn, through various teaching methods and on-the-job training, the information required to practice as a Pharmacy Tech. Duties include assisting the pharmacist, preparing a variety of medications, stocking Omnicells, and billing functions. At the completion of the program, the Pharmacy Tech will transfer to a Pharmacy Tech position in the acute care setting.
