Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
100% outpatient; Monday - Friday
Family Medicine is housed in a larger primary care center with Internal Medicine, Geriatrics and Pediatrics teams with on-site lab and radiology
Team-based care model in which Physician and one APP collaboratively manage a panel of patients
Supportive nursing staff and medical assistants to assist with patient care
On-site Social Worker, Behavioral Health counselor and Pharmacist to support clinical work
Call is 1:12 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory line
Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students
Opportunity to moonlight in Convenient Care, precept medical student evening clinic and participate in Carle Health mobile clinic and other community health outreach efforts
