JOB SUMMARY Working in conjunction with the Home Health Manager and RN, the CNA performs a variety of basic patient care activities in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients within the framework of the Wyoming Nurse Practice ACT. Provides household management activities to enable patients in independence at home. Assists patient with self-administered medications and emotional supports. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires certification as a Home Health Aide within 6 months of hire.
