JOB SUMMARY
The Rehabilitation Aide works under the supervision of the Rehab Supervisor and Director of Rehabilitation, supporting the Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams, as well as the LTC Rehabilitation Supervisor. This position assists in maintaining department efficiency and ensuring staff and patient safety by providing support during evaluations and treatments as directed by licensed therapists or therapy assistants.
