JOB SUMMARY The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements and collaborates with other departments to ensure excellence in patient and family care, reflective of CCH mission, vision, and values. The RN will integrate departmental goals for improvement across the care continuum. This position coordinates and delegates unit and patient care activities, as appropriate, to other health care providers. Provides professional nursing care to assigned oncology patients. Records patient histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications including chemotherapy, and develops patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals.
