JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the LTC Director of Nursing in the planning, direction, organization and leadership in the delivery of services within the nursing department at the Legacy. The ADON acts as liaison between other organizational departments and medical staff to assure there is effective communication in the planning of quality resident care.
