The Certified Nurse Assistant II performs a variety of skills/tasks for predictable residents/patients/clients with limited risk of complications and change. The CNA II may not be delegated CNA II skills for acutely ill patients. The CNA II works under the direction of a licensed nurse who must follow the principles of delegation.
