Locum Dentist needed in Upper Michigan at an IHS facility. Start: ASAP, As soon as credentialed. Credentialing: 30-45 days Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30-4 Patient Volume: 12-14 ppd + hygiene checks Procedures: Bread & butter general dentistry - Implant dentistry is a plus (not a deal breaker), molar endo and endo. Some surgical extractions. EMR: Dentrix Enterprise License: MI Certifications: BLS, DEA Additional Info: 10 chairs total, will work 2-3. Hygienist on staff, 2 other Dentists. Current client, we have other locums in different specialties working here. $125 - 150/hr based on experience and procedures Client covers all travel expenses (flight, lodging, rental car OR mileage reimbursement).
