The PT will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional limitations; develop evidence-based treatment plans; and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient education, documentation in EMR, participation in wellness and prevention programs, and contribution to quality improvement.
