Your future role at a glance  Department: Observation Unit Schedule: Weekend Option Hospital:  Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Location:  Murfreesboro, TN Sign-on Bonus:  Up to $12,000.00 6 West is a 36 bed unit with 8 dedicated Observation rooms for recovering patients with outpatient TR bands, blood transfusions, and other patients that are receiving tests/treatment as an observation patient.
